Covid 19 Pandemic Guidelines
-Our office is complying with all Federal, State and Local guidelines
regarding the saftey of our staff and patients. We thank you all for
your continued ; kindness, understanding and support.
-All patients will be screened over the telephone before being given an
appointment in our office.
- If over the last 14 days, you have had any history of: Fever, Cough,
Congestion, Shortness of Breath, Loss of Smell or Taste, Chest Pain or
Headaches. Contact your physician concerning evaluation or
testing, you cannot be evaluated in our office at this time.
-If over the last 14 days, you have had close contact which anyone who
had any of the above symptoms, or who has tested positive for the
Covid-19 virus, you cannot be evaluated in our office at this time.
-If you have tested positive for the Covid-19 virus over the past
months, you are required to have two consecutive negative Covid-19
Nasal Swab Tests, a minimum of Three Weeks after your Positive Test,
prior to being examined in our office at this time.
YOUR OFFICE VISIT- Please wear a MASK to your appointment
The State Guidelines may be updated from "time to time" and we will
need to make adjustments to the office visit protocol as needed.
-Each patient will be scheduled for a 1 Hour Visit. It is important that
you arrive early for your appointment. NO GUESTS will be allowed to
accompany you into the office.
-The office door will remain "locked" at all time, to prevent any
contamination of the reception area. Please telephone the office on
arrival to the building, and wait in your car. You CANNOT wait in our
reception area, in that all of the chairs have been removed. Our staff
will meet you and open the office door for you.
-Your temperature will be taken first. If your temperature is greater
than 100 degrees, you cannot be seen in our office. You will be
directed to contact your physician for evaluation.
- Please wear a mask as instructed, and you will be given a "pre-
office visit" questioneer to complete. You will also be given a "plastic
surgery society" consent for treatment, during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
-You will be brought directly into the exam room. All of
our staff will be wearing, Face Masks, Gowns and Gloves.
-After the Examination or Treatment, you will be brought back to the
Reception Area, where our team will proceed with the remainder of the
visit. A follow up appointment will be made with you at this time if
needed.
-The office will be Sanitized after each patient exam, along with any
necessary areas in the reception area.
